An unusual aspect of the Hen House is its poultry name, but quality seafood reputation. While chicken was the featured item during the 1960´s, the Warn brothers expanded the menu to include fresh seafood. The Hen House, with seating for over 400, is now the largest seafood restaurant west of Frederick. wonderful place to go for dinner or even a get together with friends/family
Quality was good. Quantity sucked we got the Sunday brunch. Waitress failed to tell us it was basically over. So I paid $15 for 2 small peices of chicken and 4 ribs because the bacon was wobbly and biscuits was stale and the gravy was an insult to southern everywhere....it was awful. With that being said the chicken n ribs were on point. Collard were pretty good too. Eggs didnt look appetizing

I have been to the Hen House on multiple occasions over the years. Whenever we are in the area or will be driving through on our way to another destination we go out of our way to stop and the Hen House!! Some of my favorites are their chicken (of course), the crab dip and crab cakes are sinful and I have dreams about the cream of crap soup! Regardless of what you order here you won’t be sorry! The view, the atmosphere and everything this establishment has to offer is heartwarming!!

Great Food, atmosphere, company, friends and family. The staff is very fast and efficient. Did I mention how good the food is? And Sunday brunch don't miss out on that. WOW!!!
So enjoyed the music with dinner last evening!
