I thought I had a huge problem and I posted on “what’s happening in Leeds” they responded and came out in about an hour. My septic pump came unplugged. 🙄 I thought I check all that before they came but not good enough! Trey plugged it in and said Merry Christmas, no charge! The Team at Hemphill have come to our rescue several times over the last three years. The first time was to correct an error from the original installer, which was not able to be identified by two other service companies. This a great company. I had a problem with my air conditioning and called Hemphill. As a single woman, who knows NOTHING about electrical, they could have told me anything. They were at my home very quickly. The service engineer was very professional and quickly determined I had a minor problem. He explained everything to me and immediately made the necessary repair. The charge for the service was reasonable and the problem has not recurred. I surely recommend them highly.
These guys went above and beyond. I would give them 10 stars if I could. We had another company service our old furnace and they drug their feet, put bandaids on it, and finally said it needed to be replaced, after I paid several fees for them to fix it. So I had Hemphill come out and give me a quote on replacing the furnace. They gave me a quote Thursday evening and I had a new unit installed less than 24 hours later. Highly recommend! We had the main line from meter to house bust on a Sunday. From time if calling to arrival was 1 hr, almost to the minute. Adam was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. We couldn’t be more pleased.
