RecommendedI bought a truck thru kyle, would absolutely buy another thru him. He was polite, friendly and professional and made the process super easy. The rest of the Heller staff was friendly and helped anyway they could. They did an outstanding job.
I wanted to leave a review even though we didn't find the vehicle we were looking for. Jeremy Mehrkens was great to work with. He was very helpful without being pushy. He knew what we were looking for and kept in touch via email. Their website is easy to use and I loved the fact that the vehicle history is available on every car.
I found the car I liked online at Heller Motors, which is 2 plus hours away. Spoke with Jeremy and got a lot of information on the car. He said he would hold the car for us. Went down the next day. They were all so very nice. Didn't push for a sale, but of course it was such a great deal, I purchased. The car was loaded and below msrp. A great experience. Love my 2017 Ford Focus Titanium Hatchback.
Highly recommend, great friendly staff and willing to go out of there way for us. We were on our way to Chicago and our car had troubles. We stopped at Heller motors and they went above and beyond to help us! Now we’re off to enjoy our girls trip. Thank you Heller Motors and general manager for the ride back to Bloomington!

poor customer service and never disclosed our one vehicle we bought was classified as a lemon. it was on the title way before we bought it and we asked about the title and carfax and they said they were clean. they just want money and they will do whatever to get you to buy something.
straightforward but couterious and no pressure to buy extra warranty, etc. good selection and prices.
