In June of 1963, Nicolas Kalcanides came to the United States from Greece with his wife, Irene, and two children, Steven & Helen. In August of 1968, after working for 5 years at his hot dog stand, Nicolas opened up Helen's Pizza, naming it after his daughter. The entire family worked to keep the pizzeria growing. RecommendedWe always get good pizza and everyone who works there are the kindest. We love their canolis and cheese pizza. Also I love their meatballs. All the yummiest comfort food.oh and their grilled chicken is the most delicious.
Owner very rude. He thinks allowing customers to use the bathroom is a FAVOR. He said bathroom was broken and then apparently was fixed miraculously. He said to use it but not to wash my hands. When i went into the bathroom nothing seem to be malfunctioning. When asked if i can wash my hands at the counter sink, he wouldn’t let me because of insurance issues. I definitely don’t recommend this place.

I loved the white pizza! I got a slice, a FRESH canoli and soda for around $9! the canoli was way better than a getting it from the CB. Thank you for the great experience!!

Incomplete order, AGAIN!!! Every time I order from Helen’s there’s always something missing. Usually they will redeliver the missed item but this time they made adjustment to the bill. Ok fine got the refund but the point is the food we wanted we didn’t able to eat. The guy even tried to argue that whoever packed it said it was put in. Just frustrating!!!
