Dr. Jacobs and the staff here are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I had a wonderful experience and look forward to going again.
I love Dr. Helderman. I saw Dr. Jacobs first and really liked him, too. As my vision started changing as a result of MS, Dr. Helderman took over my care. We moved to Alabama in June, 2015 and Dr. Helderman told me he would be happy to answer any questions I may have with my new eye dr. (I still have to find one here) and anything that I don't understand. He told me to call him and he will speak to me personally! Awesome "bedside" manner and I can tell they both really care about their patients!! I will definitely miss them! ... read more
