I have been a patient here for over 20 years and this will be my last year with them. This office has spiraled downhill over the last few years. Not only is the office staff extremely rude, they are overly comfortable being rude to patients. I can tolerate seeing a different (new) Doctor with each yearly exam, but I cannot support a buisness that does not hold their staff acountable for their actions. From false appts being made to not getting notified when my prescriptions are in, this year will be my last with them.

I had to find a new eye doctor as mine had left the area, Dr. Helderman was so nice and thorough and his staff was equally as nice. I will be switching my kids to Dr. Helderman also!
If I could score lower I would! Poor customer service to loyal patience who have been been going here for MANY years. I will not be back along with any of my family. This office has really declined and they are no longer worried about their patience.
