......great resort to just get away & wander. We watched the sailboat regatta & the veiw of the lake & the grounds are spectacular!
Love it! Very quiet and charming resort with friendly welcoming staff. We just keep coming back year after year.
Resort is nice but our room was covered in cobwebs the tub had mildew and the bathroom ceiling had a sagging area that also had mildew around it. For the price of the room I expected more:(
Great food. Total relaxation. Wonderful spot. They even like Cubs fans, sort of.
I would definitely recommend this place if you want a beautiful place to relax with activities for all ages. The staff was very friendly especially Marie she gave us great service, loved talking with her, she gave us the most information on what amenities that are a must see. I will definitely be back to enjoy what the Resort and Green Lake has that we didn't have time to take in.
My husband and I had our wedding at the Heidel House Resort and Spa on April 22, 2016. We had an absolutely incredible day and everything turned out to be so beautiful. Ceremony was breath taking in front of the lake and the food was delicious. We could not have asked for our day to turned out any better. Star, our event manager was amazing at her job and she held all the little bits and pieces together and we could not have done it all without all of her help. We had the worst service and terrible food at the boathouse pub! Took over an hour and a half for a wrap, blt sandwich and kids meal! The food was cold, soggy and pretty much inedible.They maybe had 6 tables seated outside and no one inside. It was just ridiculous!
I had my wedding at the Heidel House this past weekend, and it could not have turned out better! The food was amazing as well! Thanks for giving us such wonderful memories !
Really appreciated the unexpected upgrade fro a standard room to a suite for my birthday. Beds were very comfortable and the spa was very nice. Dinner at Grey Rock was exceptional. We are thinking about checking this place out during the busy summer season.
