Grey Rock restraunt was absolutely wonderful .the Easter Brunch buffet is the best!
Beautiful resort- great places to eat, relax and plenty of activities to do.
Hospitality at its finest. Staff is wonderful and are the definition of hospitality.
Not happy with this weekend- no parking, unclean room, heater/ac unit didn't work and had to be replaced. Killed the whole mood. Pretty much wasted the weekend. Not happy.
Recently had my wedding there and I was blown away by how awesome the whole staff was!! Our family and friends were so amazed by the location and atmosphere of the Heidel house! You all made me feel like a princess on my special day! Thank you!
Great weekend! Excellent spot for relaxing. Spa is amazing. The staff is very interested in making your time here a treat. Families would also have plenty to do while at the hotel.
My wife Toni and I just got married here on the 19th of July and it was an amazing experience. Venue for the ceremony was outside on the lawn and we had the Lower Boathouse for our reception. They were both perfect for what we were looking for. All our guests had a great time. The food was amazing as well. Special mention to Star who was there all day to make sure that our event went off without a hitch. Without all of her planning we would have been a lost bunch! Thank you Heidel House!!
We just had our wedding here on July 4th on the carriage tent/patio and most of the family stayed for the remainder of the weekend. I would do it again in a Heartbeat as everything was perfect....including the weather! How Star, the wedding coordinator/catering manager, did that along with providing excellent service, professional catering staff, great food, and a seamless event/weekend I will never know! We will forever be grateful!!
The guest rooms are disgusting to stay in. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!
