I can't say enough about this product. I have Plantar Fasciitis and Achilles Tendonitis due to running and after 6 months of barely being able to walk and 2 rounds of physical therapy and a few shots into my heel. I was worried that I may not be able to run again. After many types of inserts I all but gave up then I received my heel seats approximately 2 weeks ago. Bought the starter pack and tried the gel and regular inserts. I have to be on my feet 9 hrs a day in the restaurant industry. Made my pain worse. They gave me terrible arch pain. Definitely not for me

Went from crippling pain to 95 percent pain free. Had zero success with other inserts, podiatrists, shots, anti inflammatory medication, etc. Able to resume my life. Love this product.
Wow! They arrived fast but the box was damaged but the product was ok! They did not look like much & I was skeptical at first. I have a bone spur & p f! They really help & im not limping anymore!!!! I would highly recommend them!
