Took over 2 weeks to deliver. Encouraging emails to let you know order was received, order shipped, tracking, and even an email to ask how they feel, 7 days before they even shipped. If you order from this outfit, and you are in a lot of foot pain, don't expect speedy delivery or response to your inquiries. I emails a response letting them know the tracking was off and i still didn't have my "Treatment". They just delivered today, and will reserve comment on their performance. I have been battling heel spurs for over a year now. I have tried everything!! Cortisone shots, boots, socks, anti inflammatory prescriptions, you name it I have tried it! I ordered a sock from Heel that pain and was told by my orthopedic that I couldn't wear the sock any longer. I reached out and Stacy told me I could exchange the sock for something else, she recommended the gel heel seats. It was less than a week from when I returned the sock to when I got my heel seats! Ordered the heel seat wraps in May 2017. They run small so they did not fit. I contacted the company and they stated that they would be happy to exchange them for the next size up. I followed instructions in the email and sent them the ones I had on May 30th and have heard nothing and received nothing..... save your money, the customer service is less than desirable!!
I love the heel seats from heelthatpain. I started using them a few years ago after trying everything else even steroid shots in feet. I would have to go home from work and ice my feet at night because of the pain. The very first day I wore my heel seats, I received relief. Now that my feet are better, I don't have to wear them all the time. I still use them in my tennis shoes because I think I need them for walking outside and in treadmill.
I've been suffering so long these are amazing. : ) the pain is gone!!!!!!
These work! I am SO much better. I wear them in all my shoes, all the time! 5 days using them, and I've made a DRAMATIC improvement. So happy!
A nurse friend told me about these heel inserts from this company. I had been in such pain from planta fasciitis. I was willing to try anything. Other inserts just did not work. I ordered them with the program of getting more sets in the future months. I am so glad that I did. I put them in most of my shoes especially the tie up shoes.
