So I just got my heel seats today. I have been in constant pain in my heels for the past 4 months. I put them on and was able to stand for over an hour in my kitchen on hard tile floors cooking, cleaning, and doing dishes and I had ZERO pain! I am in disbelief that this is all it would take for some relief! I cant wait to see how I feel in a month!!

I was a week away from booking the surgery and I tried these. Have to say that every day is better than the last and the pain is going away. Just ordered another pain! Can you make the top part of it made by a material that doesn't "grab" your socks and pull them in?

While on one hand the rubber material is helpful to keep the Heel Seats planted in place every once in a while it doesn't work with particular sock materials. Maybe try another sock material to see if that will help. 👍 Happy to hear they were a GREAT fit for you overall!
I had a problem in middle of my left foot, just at the top of the arch, inner foot side. It started as an uncomfortable feeling and grew into a very distinct pain in about a year. I’ve used a couple of different arch supports and these have made a big difference. I am glad I bought them. Well worth it!

These really help heel spurs. I love the wraps and heel spur insoles. They really care. Thank you for your products That work. I have looked and tried other products that did not work. These work! Heel spurs can get so bad you can't walk like I was. I need to walk a lot due to diabetes. I am thankful for these great products. Thank you again.

Love these inserts and wraps!! I'm a server and on my feet for 12+ hrs shifts. These inserts help so much. Then on my days off I'm a barefoot or sandals kinda person so the wraps are awesome!!!
