How long till I have little to no pain. ..i have been wearing for 2 days m

With corrective orthotics it can take up to 30 days before seeing complete results. 💯 Some people say the fascia bar feels a little awkward for the first few days and then becomes unnoticeable once their feet adjust. I got my heal seats last week and already have noticed some relief !!!!!!!!!
I have been wearing heal seats for 2 months now and have drastically reduced the pain I have been experiencing for the last 6+ months. These are awesome! I am a restaurant manager and stand/walk on my feet for 9 hours a day and for the first time in a while I can work through my shifts with little to no pain...highly recommend the heal seats in conjunction with stretching and ice!

Wonderful inserts. My feet feel much better! I've used the insoles (switching from shoe to shoe) and then tried shoes without them. I immediately feel the difference, and go back to using the inserts. Love them!

The customer service is Amazing!!! I ordered medium, realized they were to big. Sent back, in 1 week received my small Heel Seats plus was credited the return postage that I had to pay!! 5 stars!!! customer service and Heel Seats are Amazing!!!
