Literally all I wanted for Christmas was to be able to walk without pain and limping. Immediately after putting these in my shoes the heel pain was gone! Thanks Santa! :-)

Business response:

Yay!!!🎉 Your wish came true!! Talk about instant relief! 🎅 🎅

A few years ago I had a horrible case of Plantar Fasciitis, and as an RN I was considering taking a few weeks off in order to rest it and let it heal. I came upon this product and of course was skeptical about getting any relief from a $35 orthotic, but I was quite desperate. I received my package the next day after ordering and I can truly say they were a lifesaver! After only a few days of wearing the inserts I saw a 75% improvement. Had such high hopes for these because I have such horrible heel pain. I read that these take some getting used to so each day of wearing them & hurting even more I told myself to give it a little longer. Well I've worn them for at least a month & they haven't gotten any better. My heels hurt more now than before I started using them. I'm really sad bc I was really hoping these would help with my pain. I stand on my feet on concrete all day in surgery & these are making it hard to stand. I'm so glad they work for others but d... read more

Business response:

Sorry to hear the product didn't work for you Dawn.🙉 Typically we recommend giving the product 2 weeks before knowing if its the right fit for you. As they are corrective orthotics it is normal to experience some discomfort but if you are experiencing pain we would of recommended trying our Gel version. These provide much more cushion and can act as a stepping stone to the more firm HTP Heel Seats. It sounds like your probably on to the next treatment but if you would like to give the Gel Heel Seats or any other products a ... read more

This product allows me to walk. And now going on three months of use, I think it is helping the healing process. This, shots and physical therapy.

These have done nothing to change my heel pain for the better. For me not enough cushion and no dif than all the others I've purchased.

Business response:

We wish you would of seen results by now Lisa. Each person's cause of Heel Pain is unique and there for so is the solution. Some need firm support while others need cushion. 🙌 While our product that offers maximum relief is a firm support we do have other options that provide more cushion that you may be interested in. Take a look at our Full Length Heel Seats: https://heelthatpain.com/treatments/full-length-heel-seats/ 👣They have the same technology as they HTP Heel Seats but with arch support and heel to toe cushion. We ... read more
