I have had Planter fasciitis for over a year. Got custom orthotics $500. Also bought a ton of heel and shoe inserts. And on top of that had 2 cortisone injections and nothing worked. Saw these heel seats and search various sites to read reviews. Mostly all positive so I bought 2 pairs and I am telling you these things work! I still stretch every day but with these in my shoes I can actually get out of bed and walk.! Love them. Wish they sold them in Canada.i have to buy from the USA.but still worth it because of the relief.

I have been wearing the footsoles for about 30 days now, and about 80% of the pain is gone! Just ordered the sandals and full insoles. Foot pain sucks!!!

These are life savers. I've worn them for years and I have absolutely no pain from my PF since I got my first pair. I recommend them to anyone who suffers from PF GREAT PRODUCT!!!!

Honestly, I was skeptical. I have had plantar fascitis for years. In the past 6 months, it had gotten so much worse. Getting out of bed and walking in the morning had become a painful chore! I've only had these a week and my morning pain is gone! Amazing! !
