Be aware before you move in here! While this was a decent place to live in terms of view and location, the front office staff makes your life difficult. They are rude and make you feel like an idiot when you try to ask questions or get clarification. The maintenance guys are great, but be prepared to call them quite a bit as things break often. Poor Service and options... poor overall – We have lived at Hedingham townhomes for almost a year now and while we have enjoyed ourselves and some of the amenaties the overall experience was very poor and left the taste of a college town renting experience. The pool and weight room are nice but bring a friend and it's $5 per guest per visit. Buy a house and need to get out of your lease early? not a chance they need 60 day's notice and then require 2 months additional rent plus a $500 fee for the ability to terminate early. ... read more

Do not live in Hedingham – Living in Hedingham was not pleasant! We had a lot of problems with noisy neighbors because you can hear right through the walls. The people let their dogs go to the bathroom all over your lawn and management does nothing about it. The majority of the problems were with the rental office staff. If you call the office, all you get is attitude and rude comments. They have ripped us off every chance that they got.
