Almost didn't go due to reading reviews above, but glad we did. The front desk staff, the back desk staff, and the NP's were as nice, friendly, and professional as can be. Never saw any of the bad behavior written above. Will gladly return.
Horrible I was with this clinic for years .I did pain management with them. I don’t recommend anyone go to this rude , unorganized, gossip filled doctors office. They tell everyone’s business the staff is rude and dr. Heavens keeps getting deported.

This is one of the poorest practices I have ever been to. Staff apparently don't talk to one another. I got phone calls telling me that my lab results were normal, only to find out 6 months later, that they were flagged, and someone should have contacted me. I have twice been referred to specialists that do not take my insurance. My husband and I both had appointments with Dr. Heavens, and neither of us were called to tell us that our appointments had been cancelled due to a family emergency.
I have been going to Dr. heavens for six years now. He is so kind and really cares for his patients. He has always been patient with me and always answers all my questions. If it wasn't for him and how Thorough He is I would of never found out the issues I had been dealing with. I'm so thankful I found him, most people would complain about tests but he was persistent on to finding my answers why I have been sick for so long. I know for myself I would never chose another Doctor.
Submits stuff to other doctors without a conversation of who, what or why. Office staff is one of the worst I have ever had! They do not return calls or follow up with anything. The ONLY good thing, the office is clean. All other aspects of this office is one of the worst I have ever been too.
Dr. Audette was great but has retired. Ruth, a NP not so good. Did not do what she sat right in front of us and said was done, specifically refills for prescriptions. Now we have had 4 calls from insurance saying they cannot fill our rx. because of non-responsiveness on the part of the clinic. Not surprising. The staff is less than responsive, and have always needed proding to complete tasks. MD good, staff, well not so. Provider review all pertain to the NP. Have changed clinics.
Making the appointment was easy enough, the initial exam and consultation with the doctor was great, then Dr. Heavens came in to review the initial exam and he was extremely condescending. Then to do my labs, I had to carry my own fluids from the restroom, through the waiting room (yes, past the reception and all of the waiting patients), then to the lab technician in another room. Quite humiliating. Now I need to drive back to their office to pick up a copy of my labs since.
Dr. Heavens himself is a wonderful physician. I really like him, however I do not like his staff as most of them are rude. It always feels like you're bothering them. I've seen them treat myself, my husband and other patients with nothing but disrespect with no regard to their privacy. You can always hear them talking about your medical situations through the paper thin walls. Don't even get me started on the wait time. I used to work in a med office and have never seen more disfunction before.
