We have been here several times, love the cookies and doughnuts. Very disappointed recently I spent $21.00 on a four flavored fruit pie and the crust was the only good part of it. There was very little fruit and the apples were even diced because there were so few. It was basically colored goo with a little fruit. I won't be buying a higher priced item again just stick with the cookies and doughnuts.

Terrible customer service during the night time every single time we go. Very rude and talks to the customer like they're stupid. This is not how you run a business and this has happened multiple times. I love the donuts but I will not be returning.
Every time my boyfriend and I go to this location during the day, the staff is absolutely kind and wonderful. The food is great and the atmosphere is quiet. HOWEVER, when we go through the drive thru at night, we seriously have the rudest staff members ever. They act like they either hate their job, hate us, or hate life itself. Went into Heaven Scent Bakery for the first time with my sister and her kids. We were the only ones there and they had two girls working up front. A younger blonde and a older dark haired woman. Blonde was friendly, but the darker haired woman was extremely rude and when we placed our order we seemed to have been an inconvenience to her. Horrible customer service. Very disappointed.

The donuts are amazing here. Not sooo sure they are worth nearly $25.00 for a dozen however. If I had not had the donuts here before and had encountered the ignorant girl who helped us today; we would have left without a doubt. I would rate the donuts a 5 for the quality; 2 for price, and the customer service a one; since I do not have the option to select ZERO!! Sorry to say; the girl who took our order SUCKED!!! If I continue to get this sort of service however; we will find somewhere else to go!!

Waited in line for almost 10 minutes without anyone helping the other patrons in front of me or even acknowledging they were there waiting. The donuts are good but the service is lacking.
