Matthew made our night! We had never been before having just moved to this area. Matthew says over the drive thru "Hello I'm matthew, how can I make your night heavenly!" An literally my whole family just exploded with laughter! This may be the way they normally greet guests, but we didn't expect it. And we loved it! I've come to this bakery every Tuesday for three months. I am never greeted. No one ever acknowledges my presence. I am usually waited on by an older lady with blonde hair who doesn't seem to like her job much. I've never seen her smile and she seems rather inconvenienced by my patronage. I train people on customer service and I would be mortified by how these employees treat their customers if this was my place of business.

Best donuts in STL!! The owners have been a staple in the O'Fallon area for over 20 years. They have made countless donations to the local school district and have always been a pleasure when doing business with them! I HIGHLY recommend you check Heaven Scent out!
You get what you pay ....Not inexpensive but definitely delicious and the best in town! Consistent quality at this bakery! Worth it !
