Order was made for pickup at 9. I showed at 9:05. I stood there till 10:20 waiting for the order to be completed. I missed the wedding for which the donuts were for. Do not ever ever buy any product from this garbage shop. They care nothing for service or quality. I was offered nothing but a shrug and a “tough luck”. If I could give this piece of garbage business zero stars I would.
It is shocking that they actually charge the customer a .60 cent fee to use a debit or cc. 🤦♀️😬😳 I think that is the cost of business and to pass that expense back to the customer is ridiculous.

Drove in from St. Louis city after reading good comments about the doughnuts. Tried the doughnuts, cream horns (personal weakness), and a sticky bun. All very good.
"Hey Google, where's the closest donut shop?" Google directed me to Heaven Scent and I'm glad it did. I got 3 different donuts, including the vanilla iced pumpkin spice, and a cup of coffee. I liked the option to have my coffee in a mug. The donuts were fresh and flavorful. I even bought some tres leches cake to take back to KC. So tasty. I'll be back next time I'm in the area, and I'm bringing my husband.
A must have when I visit my daughter in St. Louis. Such a great selection of pastries and donuts, too many delicious choices💕
I have been going to this bakery for many years and until recently I would always recommend it. It seems lately they haven’t been as good, the icing on the long John’s is skimpy and they are a little dry. I do really like the cupcakes though. Some of the employees are not very friendly.

This place use to be really good. Lately, the donuts are hard and there is little selection on some days. What completely ruined it for me is that they now charge $.60 to use your debit/credit card. Not sure if they realize that this is 2018 and that’s how the majority of people pay for items these days. Just a sham to increase their profits! Better off driving over to Highway K and going to Dunkin’!

Christian, I'm sorry for your recent experiance with our product. We'd like you to give us another try. Just to clarify, the $00.60 charge isn't a profitable advantage to the owners. The charge directly goes to the credit card companies. The decision was in lieu of having to increase prices.
