Heaven Scent employees are ridiculously rude. It's like customers are a complete nuisance to them. The donuts are meh, give or take, but the employees are just the pits. Yesterday the older lady behind the counter actually used her ungloved hands to fetch my donut order. Blech. They also charge a $.60 fee if you use a credit card, which is illegal and violates the MC/Visa terms of service. I won't be back.

My son and grandson and I were in for the first time and it was delicious. We had doughnuts and enjoyed every bite. Everything looked delicious. Staff was friendly too

Heaven scent did a custom gender reveal cake for me this past weekend, they did an excellent job creating the cake we wanted and keeping the gender a secret, the cake was ofcourse delicious!
