We spent $30 for a red velvet 8 inch round. We opened up the box the icing was all over the middle. The cake was so dry not to mention it was the wrong icing. It was supposed to be cream cheese icing not plain butter cream. They messed up my wedding cake by misspelling my husbands name. I always liked heaven scent but unfortunately we will not be coming back. We complained about the cake and they essentially made us out to be bad people and essentially told us to f&;% off.

I really wanted to give a 5 star review, but my Blueberry Muffin I picked up today was still frozen, so I couldn't eat it. My kids loved their doughnuts and I think I had a sugar high just from being in the bakery, but I had to bring my muffin home and microwave it in order to eat it and that bothers me.

So sorry, we flash freeze them right out of the oven to keep them oven fresh. On weekends we sell so many that we pull out ten at a time so they come to room temp but sometime we get so busy and sell so many, we get them out and they sell so we run out, pull more and that's what happened. We don't like to micro wave them. We just got behind. I will gladly give you a free one to make it up to you, just print this out and bring it in and let me make it up to you. Thanks for letting us know

Just wanted to let you know I have bought several cakes in the past dozens of donuts from your shop through out the years. I doubt I will ever step foot into Heaven Scent donuts again and will from now on I will NOT be referring customers to you for daily donuts or custom cakes. I always thought in the past I was getting a fair price for my custom cakes in the past, which compared to others it was a fair price.
