She is a great doctor. Best podiatrist in town
A nightmare for my 13 year old daughter! She should have her license taken away!
I love Dr. Sandberg and members of my family have seen her for years. However the new "pay an extra $200 for your first visit up front, in addition to your co-pay" policy has left me looking for another podiatrist. So sad. I will miss her. I just wish the new policy was explained to me when I scheduled the appointment. Instead, I paid to park, walked 3 blocks in the rain to get to the building, only to be shocked by the "pay us $250 because this is your first visit of the year."
Bad office practice initiated by doctors per phone staff, require $200 up front before see dr if deductible not met even though office visit is just $35 copay on very good insurance plan. Dr does not know what treatment plan will be, could be nothing but requires $200 in advance. Could not speak to anyone else all phone reps said same thing. Will not be going to this group. Only gave a star because could not submit review without one.

I saw Dr. Sandberg bi weekly then weekly for months for wound care on a surgical site that failed after surgery by another doctor. She has a vast wealth of knowledge and I appreciate her approach to care.

Absolutely Did your provider ask holistic type questions and comment about aspects of care that might affect you outside of their specialty?
