Bad office practice initiated by doctors per phone staff, require $200 up front before see dr if deductible not met even though office visit is just $35 copay on very good insurance plan. Dr does not know what treatment plan will be, could be nothing but requires $200 in advance. Could not speak to anyone else all phone reps said same thing. Will not be going to this group. Only gave a star because could not submit review without one.

The Dr is great saw her for nearly 20 years. Then after i became disabled and on medicare my bill went up i got a qmb card that stopped the bill from going up i paid what i could afford. then because i had the flu and missed an appointment got kicked off the office list. I called over 5 times and even after 20 years The doctor would not return my calls and the office staff wouldn't return my calls either.
