The wait in the reception area was a little long. Dr Patz was thorough and professional. She was very attentive and answered all my questions. She explained everything so that I understood the problem and the treatment. She was kind and showed that she really cared. Her assistant was great and showed professionalism.
Heather is an excellent Dermatoligist. I highly recommend her.
First time visit and was pleased with the experience. My wait time was much shorter than I expected. Carolina (nurse?) made me feel comfortable and was clear in setting up my exam. Heather Patz, the PA, was straight forward in explaining what my various problems are and the necessary treatments required.
This was my first dermatologist experience EVER! After dealing with so much anxiety and stress regarding my skin, PA Patz and the medical assistant were so amazing to me. Check in and out were super easy, everyone was helpful, and I'm finally relieved about my skin! Thank you so much!
She is great, you know it has taken 20 years of seeing doctors in Los Angeles telling me Oh it's just something that just happens then I move to Henderson and Dr. Patz tells me I have HR in one visit.
She is caring, and she actually listens to my answers once she asks a question. She genuinely cares about my health. I will highly recommend PA Patz.

Heather is very thorough and has a wonderful bedside manner. She is very, very pleasant. The three times I've visited her, she has done procedures right then and they were done well and without any issues. I highly recommend her.
By far the best in Las Vegas for what she does. She's the only one I will go to from now on. I've finally found someone who knows what I want which is subtlety in my treatments.
