I’m very disappointed in the care this provider has given me and will not only not be going back to see her but also I am contacting the medical board as well due to her neglect in my care and not providing me with any results or follow up when I’ve seen her in the past. I was referred to Dr Patz by another family member, so I decided to make an appointment. Very happy I did! The entire scheduling & check-in/check-out process was quick & easy. Dr Patz herself is very professional, polite, & thorough. Answered any questions or concerns I had, & took the time to explain all options. Don't think I've ever waited more than 15 minutes in the waiting room, or 10 minutes in the exam room.
Very good, she was very nice and seemed to know what she was doing and advising me, she was very helpful.
Heather patz is just my favorite doctor. She made sure to get to know me & she's very knowledgeable. I just love her, & her office staff is very nice. All so organized!!

2nd visit. First visit, I was concerned with lesion on upper right arm I've had since I was 9 years old. Recently it hurt to touch that part of arm. Could not sleep on right side due to pain. Pain moved down arm to wrist.. Removed it and no more pain. Also mole on left lower cheek I've had for years began showing a red circle around it and pain to the touch while applying make-up.
