I ordered a complete heat and ac system on May 28th the outdoor condenser arrived damaged on June 11th and they shipped an off brand TXV from a different warehouse on June 12th. I called and left messages on the 14th,15th,16th,17th and 18th with "JOE" the manager with no return call. I did receive a shipping notice email at 1:53am from a different company after the first call for with a total three times what I paid and shipping to the wrong state. I live in Florida and my AC died. I ordered a complete AC system on June 1, 2020, and at the time their website stated shipment would be within 1-3 days for this system. There were other systems listed that either stated 7 or more days for shipment or were back ordered. Today is June 12 and still no word from HeatAndCool about my order. I was trying to buy an Amanda ptac unit I have purchased it mid March and after not getting any update on shipping or an email confirmation I called customer service. From that point I just got mixed answers different stories and no results. I will not recommend using this company.
I bought a 12,000 BTU Klimaire 22 Seer Ductless Mini Split system in 2016, had it professionally installed. It worked for 2 year 8 months. Would display an error code occasionally and not work, turn it off wait an hour and then it would work. It finally died. I contacted Heat and Cool.com and asked if it was under warranty, and was told yes, but I needed to have a HVAC guy check it out first.
