My package was damaged in shipment. I called the company for support and was told by the company that I should have uncreated and unboxed all items at delivery and since I did not they will not replace any of the items. The damaged item was a metal grill that was placed on the top of the crate and banded together to the rest of the load. If you procure from Heat and Cool in Fl open your all packages and physically inspect your items or be prepared to eat the cost if anything is damaged.

Complete scam of a business. I ordered an AC/Heater wall unit that was listed "In Stock" and had not recieved in in over a month. Many emails and phone calls hade gone unanswered. Finally recieved a call from Yosbany Santos (employee #518) and they advised they were unsure why I hadn't recieved the unit. They "called" the manufacturer while I was on hold and said they were advised of a delay and it would be 2 more months until delivery. They said they were not aware there would be delays. Absolutely terrible. Don’t order from this place! They take your money to deliver a low quality product. When you request to return it, they charge half the purchase price for “restocking”! It’s fraud!

I know that you may be tempted to go with a Klimaire mini split 18000 SEER because these look good and the price seems reasonable.. but “mark my words… “ You will be sorry if you do ..within 3-4 years from purchase date…These units all break within the same time frame…In fact..in a period of 12 years .. I had to replace my top floor AC twice and the bottom floor AC twice and I just spend another $600 on another repair this week. The AC man will tan you $350-$450 for each repair…After buying 4 of these Klimaire.. I can hones... read more

Mistakenly ordered a 3.5 ton straight cool condensing unit when I was meaning to order a 3.5 ton heat pump condensing unit. Have been trying to get a return authorization for two weeks now and am only getting the run around. Their customer service is horrible. Buyer beware.

Total scam and highway robbery. I had a project on a deadline, before ordering I called to get a time window. Their "latest arrival date" was almost a week before my deadline, so I ordered. A couple days after their latest date, I called to get a status and they simply told me "in progress" without anything else. A day before my deadline, I had to rush to find another unit locally. Absolutely terrible experience... I wish I had seen this website first, seems like a lot of people are having the same issues I have. I purchased a $1000 unit. Shipping was prompt, unit arrived in two package, one day apart (not their fault). I ordered a $80 installation kit, which was never included (of course, this was a Friday). I called on Monday, talked to someone, said someone from their company would get it touch. Never did. Called again Tuesday, voicemail. Emailed Tuesday. No response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I am still waiting for parts from an order over a month ago and no one ever answers the phone or emails.
