My package was damaged in shipment. I called the company for support and was told by the company that I should have uncreated and unboxed all items at delivery and since I did not they will not replace any of the items. The damaged item was a metal grill that was placed on the top of the crate and banded together to the rest of the load. If you procure from Heat and Cool in Fl open your all packages and physically inspect your items or be prepared to eat the cost if anything is damaged.
Complete scam of a business. I ordered an AC/Heater wall unit that was listed "In Stock" and had not recieved in in over a month. Many emails and phone calls hade gone unanswered. Finally recieved a call from Yosbany Santos (employee #518) and they advised they were unsure why I hadn't recieved the unit. They "called" the manufacturer while I was on hold and said they were advised of a delay and it would be 2 more months until delivery. They said they were not aware there would be delays. Absolutely terrible. Don’t order from this place! They take your money to deliver a low quality product. When you request to return it, they charge half the purchase price for “restocking”! It’s fraud!
