Excellent doctor. Truly cares for the pets he treats. Dr. Potter has a wild sense of humor so if you can't take a joke he may not be a good fit for you. However, if you can appreciate his humor (which I find to be a breath of fresh air) he will offer your furry family members five star care!!
I got my cat spayed. He was very good to her and us. I recommend him to everyone. And he wasn't expensive at all. I will always take my animals there...
I really enjoy taking my dogs there. He is a very good vet. He cares about your dog or dogs.
I just went in and asked if he sold ACE. He asked what for, so I told him I need for my donkey, so I can trim its hooves. He said no. Then he went belligerent towards me, the customer. I told him he was an idiot for acting this way. He came running outside like he was going to hit me. I stood there and still couldn't believe this happened. Wish I had called the police.
Only Vet that my dogs walked me to the door! Dr. Potter is wonderful!
Incredibly unprofessional. He called me an hour and a half after closing time to let me know that our cat that we were supposed to pick up the next day was gonna have to stay another 2 days because he placed other walk ins ahead of us. I cancelled the appointment after reading multiple negative reviews then hearing this news and told him I just want to come get my cat. Been going here for years to have our dogs treated. Dr. Potter really loves the animals he cares for and always has the sweetest staff members.
I love Dr. Potter. He has always been there to help when my fur-babies need him. He is reasonable on prices for spay, neuter, and when one of my babies lost an eye he took care of him and he looks awesome. I have seen some horrible posts about him but you know what, I have seen some horrible things about me too. So, people are always going to talk and I hope they do because I need a good laugh everyday, how about you? Dr. Potter I will see you soon!! Joyce Hamlin
