RecommendedThe Dr from the first moment we met was awesome ! his personality flooded the room and my Blue Belle warmed right up to him . She was seen for a bad skin irritation and infection he gave her meds she was so much better within a few days ! She came back got her vaccinations and was spayed and her incision looks great and she is doing fantastic ! Dr potter and his crew took great care of her and I couldn't thank them more ! Dr. Potter has taken care of several of our animals since we moved down here. He genuinely cares about animals and I trust him with ours.
I defended Dr Potter for years against people saying negative things. I had never had a bad experience with him and didn't believe the bad. Then I took my cat Fluffy to him to be fixed. I told them she was a semi wild cat that I had taken in. He lost my cat. Said she ran out when the assistant was taking her out of the cage (she did have bad scratch's on her arm). The only way this could happen is if 3 different doors were left open. He didn't seem to care and even lied to me about setting some live traps for her.
Wonderful experience and the staff was very professional!! Dr Potter was very helpful and took his time answering all my questions, my puppy loved him!!
Been calling this place all morning trying to get Vaccine information for a customer, and was greeted with nothing but rudeness. A child runs this establishment, all you have to do is google the Dr name and you can see all the dirt.
