RecommendedI have taken my cat to 3 other vets for her tumor that has been growing in her ear. I even paid to have it removed a couple years ago. It came back pretty quickly. After being told that I would need to take her to a specialist in Nashville and pay thousands of dollars, I was really discouraged. One of my coworkers suggested that I go see Dr Potter before going to all of that expense. I'm so glad that I did. Dr. Potter took out the massive tumor and I could not be happier. My baby is finally healed. Thank you, Dr Potter!!!
Very caring. Knowledgeable about your animal. Price is very fair. Very professional. Very down to earth people who work there. Last but not least Dr. Potter is the best vet I have been to. I love my Ellie Mae very much and I would feel very good about this establishment taking care of her while on vacation.

I took my 1 year old dog to her first appointment here and the “vet” said she was uncontrollable and was cursing and just very professional I walked out without getting any REAL help. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.
Dr. Potter has major issues. We took our dog in because she had a UTI. We hadn't been in for regular visits in a while, but we'd monitored our dog's health and took good care of her. My wife arrived before I did, and when I walked in, she was behind the counter with our dog, and she was in tears. He had come out and called her a "sinner" for not bringing her in, and then proceeded to yell at her and berate her. I stepped in and told him to not talk to her that way, and he began yelling at me.
