A great experience. I got right in within 5 minutes. I was just expecting to make an appointment. What a pleasant surprise. They definitely earned my business.
Staff is very helpful and friendly. Enjoyable visits, great service department. Update: I have been to Heartland a couple times now ... still, super friendly. The staff always goes the extra mile out of their way to make sure I am happy. I wish I would have bought my Wranglers from them to begin with, but I'm happy to bring them back to Heartland. When I'm ready to trade up, Heartland will be first on my list.
First off this dealership has AMAZING customer service!! They are so nice! I had an issue with my truck and had been in and out of another dealership who couldn't find the issue, I brought it here and they diagnosed it right away, ordered parts and had me all fixed up. I just came in for an oil change and new fuel filters today and they had me in and out! I will definitely be coming back here in the future.
I took my 2015 Dodge Durango in for repair. It was a warranty issue. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They kept me informed on a timely basis. I will definitely bring my vehicle back here for any future service needs.
