Had appointment for oil change at 1pm. Checked in at 1250. Car didn’t get to hoist until 225 and then I had to show mechanics how to get filter off and finally got out of there at 310pm. I normally take 20 minutes to do myself and I don’t have hoist or tools and have to jack up Also the coupon said they would top off all fluids and that was not done 3 others were in that day with same experience

I went for service and and was treated with respect. The service manager thoroughly explained the service before it was performed. My vehicle was done on time. Great customer service, honest work at a fair price. You have a satisfied customer that will pass the word around !

Had to deal with service department. I left my car there all day yesterday & today. I called & left messages. No one could return my calls. My car still had the same light on when I picked my car up. Clint replied yesterday he would get my car done "If I said please" I would never do business with this dealership ever again. Chris tried to help me when I went in & Wade was also nice. Fantastic Customer Service!!! I stopped by the service department without an appointment because the back window wiper on my Jeep Wrangler fell off after going through a car wash. I received immediate assistance and left with a new wiper, installed, without being charged!!! Nobody does that!!!! When I'm ready for a new Jeep I know where I'm going!!!!!
