RecommendedThey service department was great! They completely followed through on doing the work they said they would do in the most timely manner possible. There were no surprises or extra charges.
Poor customer service. When having my vehicle worked on it not only took a month to just have the heater core fixed but they damages my dash and spray painted it to correct it. I shouldn’t have to come back four times and threaten a lawyer in order to get my vehicle back to the way I brought it in. They scratched the inside of my vehicle up and told me there was nothing they could do because it wasn’t a brand new vehicle. Will never go back to this dealership

RecommendedTheir service dept was amazing to me! SO worth the 45 min drive (I could go 10 mins to Gladstone) but I will continue to drive to Excelsior where I purchased the vehicle. Even though I arrived just before closing on a Monday, they stayed to get my recalls done so I wouldn't have to leave my vehicle. They were fast, friendly, professional, AMAZING! They didn't have to do that ….but they did....WITH SMILES! :-) Thank you!!!
