The Heartland employees are mostly new faces to me. I have gone to this place for years to buy and service my vehicles. I was used to the ways of the old ownership and employees-not all of whom were bad. However, these new faces have renewed my hope in car dealerships. It started with me having 2 broken down vehicles the day before Thanksgiving. Just recently my Jeep Commander went completely dead, No radio,lights, horn; the entire electrical system failed. Fortunately I had it towed to Heartland in Excelsior Springs. Within a day they were courteous enough to call me before they started repairing anything without my consent. It took less than a day for them to have me back on the road. I would recommend them to anyone needing service or in the market for a new or used car.They are a first class operation.
