Where to begin with all the problems...first contacted them a week ago. Called three times throughout the day, every call rang and rang and rang until you are forced to leave a message (which will not be answered). Finally emailed this company asking what's going on, if they've received my phonecalls, etc. Got an email back from someone who's first language is certainly not English. The "office" that finally emailed back said I had been assigned to so and so and she would be giving a call today. 3 days pass, no call, and mor... read more
