Very caring competent people. They were always available and stayed as long as it took to resolve an issue. Always had supplies stocked well. My partner died a comfortable and peaceful death. We had two other hospice services prior. They could not compare with Hearth.
I can't brag enough on how wonderful they took care of my mom. We could always count on answers to any questions we had. Someone would always show up if we had a problem. I highly recommend this group.

They started off really good by getting all of the necessary equipment for my mom. Our issue is they can’t seem to get one particular young lady out to bathe my mom. My 2 brothers will call to see if she coming and always says I be there in hour or I’m on my way but sometimes either never come or it’s several hours later. Communication is horrible. It’s crazy because the office doesn’t know if she came or not. Lexi is very good.
