My husband had tried hearing aids twice before and they just didn't work. Dr. Gosu explained more about the hearing problem than any doctor ever had. My voice is a problem so the doctor gave us a very simple test to determine just how severe the problem was. No other doctor had ever done that. When we went back in a month and took the test again, the improvement was tremendous. This was actually the deciding factor in my husband's decision to keep the hearing aids.
I am very pleased with the service I have received at Hearing Solution Center. Dr. Gosu is continuing the excellent service I was used to receiving from Dr. Dowd. The receptionist sets a friendly and welcoming tone via phone or as a patient arrives or checks out.

Meetings with the doctors were always on time. Doctors gave clear instructions on what to do. Dr. Gosu was very helpful in solving the problem I was having keeping the hearing aid in my ear. Every one was very helpful including Valerie.
