Dr. Gosu and staff are very professional. They really care about their patient. My son was in need of hearing aids and Dr.Gosu recommended the correct hearing aids. My son enjoy wearing the hearing aids he can hear a lot better. I would recommend anyone that need hearing test or aids at a reasonable price, go visit Dr. Gosu.
Where can you get such personal and caring service but at the Hearing solution Center. My husband and I really appreciate all the care Gosu gives us. We also love his helper - Val. She also gives us friendly and courteous greetings and help.
This place is amazing! Goutham is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I have been deaf my whole life, now hard of hearing and with these hearing aids I feel I have a whole new world ahead of me. Also special kudos to his wonderful practice manager Val! They both are exceptional in what they do.
Dr Gosu was wonderfull. Explained all procedures to me and how to use my hearing aides .and how to deal with difficult situations and adjust .In my 50yrs of Nursing I thought I knew it all(smile) but I really learned a thing or two.. Really great experience
I have enjoyed showing off my new red hearing aids and am still getting used to hearing sounds I normally do not. Dr. Gosu was very thorough and personable throughout the testing and fitting stages, and very prompt in his appointments.
It is hard to find doctors who really actually cares, and the staff always willing to help as much as humanly possible. I am very pleased with the treatment I received from Dr. Gosu and his staff. I get prompt service and when problems arises (not too often), it is taken care of instantly followed by instructions and solutions. This Doc is truly a caring doctor. I would recommend him to anyone in a flash.
The staff is personable & knowledgeable. I'm learning from Dr. Gosu that being set up with hearing aids is a process, not just a one appt. thing. He is patient & communicates wonderfully well so that I understand the situation & the solutions for improvement. I give my highest praise & appreciation to HSC.
