Dr.Gosu was quick to recognize my concerns about hearing aids. He was very patient, and explained in detail my hearing loss, and which hearing aids would provide the best solution. I am pleased with the results. Dr. Gosu's professional, and personable manner made the process very comfortable.
I have been pleased with Dr Gosu - although I've only worked with him twice as most of my previous contact had been with his predecessor, Dr Dowd. He is professional, very friendly, and willing to work with you on your specific issues. And I've always found staff, both Dr Gosu and Dr Dowd available when needed. The front office staff person has been unfailingly friendly and helpful as well (so sorry, I've forgotten your name!)
