Love this Doctor's office. I have been bringing my son since he was born. There was a time when he was younger that Dr. Harris stayed after hours for quite a while to make sure he was taken care of because he was so sick. She even gave us a free sample of formula because being a new mom I didn't think to pack everything I should in the diaper bag because I didn't realize how long we would be there. Love the doctors and staff, they have gone far and beyond to help us. I've never ever had to wait any longer than 20-30 minutes if even that long. Others I've waited as much as an hour. Very thankful we found Healthy Kids of Gardendale, not very far to drive either so thankful for that.
The doctors are top notch but the wait can be ridiculous. I know every patient deserves enough time to be seen and receive an adequate diagnosis but having to wait an hour in the wait area and then an hour in a room and then anywhere from 1 to two hours to be seen, treated and discharged is really just too time consuming!
Dr. Harris is our pediatrician. She has always gone the extra mile and taken time to explain everything throughly. I have been very pleased with all the staff and nurses who are very kind and thoughtful. We are thankful for all you do!
I wish I could give 0 stars. The doctors are bullies and have different policies for different children.
