Loved Dr Preece and most of his staff. Have never met a more disrespectful office manager. She did nothing but complain when making my estimate...which was completely wrong. She also complained about how she always worked through her lunch and how tiring her job was while she was making the estimate. After billing me for remaining balance...because her estimate was completely wrong...it took multiple phone calls over many weeks to have insurance billed correctly. Dr. Preece is a excellent dentist, and has the ability to make you feel calm and confident that he has your best dental interest at heart. He has a very professional approach to educating his patients, allowing them to make solid decision about their dental work. I was made to feel so comfortable by his caring staff members.
