Mikki is the best real estate agent! She is so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. She is never pushy and helps you make an informed decision without being overbearing. I know some agents will try to persuade you into buying a certain home and will forget about you after the purchase, but not Mikki! Even after your purchase, she continues to show kindness and customer appreciation. I highly recommend her!

Mikki is a very professional and personable real estate agent. She was patient with us as we looked at many places and decided which house to make an offer on. She was accommodating to our busy schedules and had very knowledgeable answers to all of our questions. We also sold our place using Mikki as our relator. She was spot on with her paperwork and kept us up-to-date with any changes or forms we needed to complete. The sell was smooth because of her!

Mikki helped us find a great deal on a beach property. We have used it as an investment property and have seen a great return on investment. I recommend Mikki if you are looking for properties on the Isle of Palms, Wild Dunes, or Sullivans Island.

We were first home-owners, and thanks to Mikki we currently own our dream house! We moved from out of state and had 1.5 days to view houses and make an offer then subsequently had to deal with the rest of closing details out of state, and Mikki tailored to our situation perfectly. She was honest, communicated frequently and promptly, and made sure we handled all steps to officially purchase our home.
