As first time home buyers, we were mostly clueless on the entire process of finding and purchasing a house. Megan was friendly, patient, and extremely helpful in our search. She showed me every home I was interested in and found answers to all of my many questions. We found the home we wanted in the area we wanted for a great price. She went above and beyond her duties and we even received a house warming gift after we moved in. I would recommend her to everyone looking in the Charleston area.

Mikki guided us through the purchase of a second home which is very different from selecting a house you are living in every day. The house is used for holidays and family vacations, so it needed to accomodate entertaining and sleeping several people without a lot of useless square footage that would need to be maintained. Mikki helped us to quickly sell our house at a time when the houses around us were not moving. Not only did our house sell, but it sold for essentially asking price! She also helped us negotiate with difficult buyers, so that our margin was maintained. She was always available, as I don't remember ever having to leave a message. Overall, it was a pleasant experience in an otherwise difficult transition.
