It was truly a pleasure to work with Mikki and her team in both the sale of our house along with the purchase of a new home. She made the entire process as seamless as it could be by being proactive at every step. We had nothing but a positive experience with Mikki and her team. I would highly recommend her. She was responsive and willing to meet us at our convenience. We had a few bumps as it related to financing and she was always calm and supportive that we would find something that would meet our needs. She connected us to Movement Mortgage which was an excellent company who also met our needs.

I worked mostly with Abby but also with Mikki. They were both extremely helpful and always more than happy to answer all my questions. Since this was the first time I have ever purchased, I had a ton of questions. Our house seemed straight forward to sell in an excellent market. But as the process unfolded it was a very complicated situation. Mikki was excellent at addressing all issues and was constantly working to get our home sold. 3 contracts later, we couldn't be more pleased with all the effort and hard work she put into our home. We found Mikki by chance on Trulia. She and her team are the best. When we first called, she immediately called us back. Now that seems normal but she had given birth a day or so earlier. (We thought "wow, now that's service!"). Her team showed us several properties and we found a beach condo we liked. We made an offer and Mikki handled everything. Mikki did a great job showing us Ocean Front homes from Folly Beach and Isle of Palms. We finally settled on a beautiful 5 bedroom 5 1/2 bath home directly on the beach in Wild Dunes.
