We had a wonderful experience with Mikki Ramey. She was very helpful and even stayed up long hours of the night helping us find a home in short notice. We had such a pleasant experience and will certainly be using her again. She is very knowledgable of the area and knew what would be best for our growing family.
I was a first time home buyer and a new Charleston resident. I didn't have a very good experience with other real estate agents/companies and was referred to Mikki and her team by a friend who purchased their first home through her. Mikki and her team held my hand through the whole process and made themselves available to answer any questions I had. I never once felt pressured and I'm in love with my new home! In the future if I sell/buy again, I'm definitely calling Mikki!!
Mikki's experience and knowledge of the Isle of Palms/Wild Dunes market were key in the sale of our condo. Mikki and her team were professional and made the experience much less stressful than we anticipated. She was patient and worked with us to get the best price for our unit. Mikki is so professional and knows what she is doing. My house sold in 2 days. Even when she was on vacation, she was available to help me. Her staff is great too. Would not consider using anyone else!
