in proces moving to SC from New York. We virtually know very little of the area. Mikki and her staff have been quite helpful showing us all around the Charlston area including shopping, parks eating etc. the entire staff puts 100% effort in showing up around and made up feel quote welcome. Mikki helped me buy an investment condo at the beach. Her team was wonderful. They made buying real estate fun. Abby showed me homes several times and she was very helpful. Shannon helped me through the closing process. Mikki is very knowledgeable on investment properties. She even created spreadsheets to help me see the return on investment for each property.
