Healthy Realty is great! I was originally using a larger real estate firm but made the switch to Healthy Realty after things weren’t working out. Immediately, I noticed a clear difference in the service provided. Angie helped us find a home to rent in a very difficult market. We needed to be out of our house in a hurry after selling, and there were very few properties available to rent. Angie researched and found us the perfect rental within a short amount of time. I would definitely recommend her for any real estate or rental needs.

I would absolutely recommend Megan to anyone looking to buy in the Charleston area. She was a wonderful advocate for us throughout the entire buying process. We changed our minds about where we wanted to live and what type of home we wanted to live in a couple times, and she was so patient with us. We had an incredible experience purchasing our first home through Megan. She showed us many properties, and made sure each showing worked with our schedules. She listened attentively to our likes and dislikes as we walked through each home, and quickly knew which properties would be of interest to us. Mikki was very thorough in providing us the information to we needed to navigate through some difficult situations in our buying process. The difficulties involved other parties involved in the process and Mikki was a very valuable resource as she helped guide us through the buying process. My wife and I were so thankful to have her on our team!!

Mikki was the best agent we could have asked for in a new area. We moved across the country and Mikki helped us find the right home in the right school district. She's the best at making you feel comfortable and listens to what you want in a house. She was available when we needed her, even at our closing to dog sit. We love Mikki!

Great person! Cares about her clients and listens to their wants/needs/concerns. She is willing to get creative and work with her clients depending on their financial concerns. Very responsive to calls/emails. Genuinely cares about the people she helps to buy/sell a home and is willing to go the extra mile to make them feel like they are top priority. She knows the Charleston/Mt. Pleasant market very well and helped us make a great decision based upon her expertise and balance of all relevant information. Very responsive. Works hard for her buyers and sellers.
