Staff never answers the phone or returns calls. Was told to "google" a surgeon to see for an issue and they would then provide a referral as the office did not know where to refer me too. The wrong codes are billed for standard things such as bloodwork and they refuse to speak with the patient about this. Insurance company told me the office does not return their calls. This place is a trainwreck. Time to find a new office.
My friend loves this place, I take him, the medical assistants are amazing too!
We've been seeing our doctor at healthy families since 2019 and the care and customer service has only gotten progressively worse. It's impossible to get any form of communication returned in a timely manner, office staff is rude and inconsiderate. They clearly have not been trained by anyone in any type of forward facing customer service position and it's only gotten worse over the years.
