They told me to switch my pcp to be able to schedule an appointment, I did since then I haven't been able to get on the phone with anyone. They're mailbox is either always full or when I leave a message there is no response. I just want to schedule a physical. I don't even know what to do anymore...
Rude staff, unclear policies. I missed an appointment after not being safe to drive to appointment. Without any sort of description or reason, I was charged almost $400 for an appointment I had already prepaid the copay for and didn't attend. I'm billed this amount with no description attached. These people just don't care. Look at the other reviews, there's clearly a problem here.
Office staff is really not personable at all whether you’re at check out or sending messages through the app. Rude, sarcastic….. it’s too bad because the Dr’s and nurses are pretty good.
