We've been seeing our doctor at healthy families since 2019 and the care and customer service has only gotten progressively worse. It's impossible to get any form of communication returned in a timely manner, office staff is rude and inconsiderate. They clearly have not been trained by anyone in any type of forward facing customer service position and it's only gotten worse over the years. Office staff is really not personable at all whether you’re at check out or sending messages through the app. Rude, sarcastic….. it’s too bad because the Dr’s and nurses are pretty good. Update: staff is still unprofessional. I absolutely went to the upmc feedback and reported it. Thanks Let’s bring back Compassion, Empathy, and Human Decency! Get better.
I have a sick kid and no one’s answering saying that they are their office is currently closed with the hours saying they’re open. Smh fix this now
