Office staff is really not personable at all whether you’re at check out or sending messages through the app. Rude, sarcastic….. it’s too bad because the Dr’s and nurses are pretty good.
This is a new site and already operational at it's worst everyone wants to lunch at the same time food bags and snacks on the printer noone at check in so if the kiosk doesn't check you correctly in and you're late, forget it. You're not being seen. They have no consideration for their patients whatsoever not to mention the traffic once the college students let out of class. I came back to UPMC after being with AHN for the past 3 years because it is closer. I needed to have a more convenient schedule where all my doctors are located in the downtown area. Bad decision. Dr. Colton and her crew are horrible. No one was getting back to me in a timely manner or at all. Dr. Colton went on Christmas vacation and left no one the task of finishing the paperwork.
