This company run unauthorized charges. We clearly told this company that we would NOT be needing their services any longer than the initial 24 hours. Katleen attempted to make it as if she would have fedral marshals at out door taking away our newborn baby from my arms if we did not agree to keeping a $ 310 dollars a day photo-therapy bed for an additional day. I hired Kathy for a lactation consult and she came right to my house. Very professional and nice. Whenever I had questions, she always returned my call and talked me through anything I needed. Even when I made the hard decision to switch to formula feeding, she supported me and still gave tips on feeding. I also recently took her infant sleep class which was also very helpful!
I highly recommend HBHM’s lactation services and sleep classes. Kathy Moren is a godsend. She is extremely patient, understanding and is all about making things reasonable for you and your baby. Her in home visits are a must for any nursing mom!!
I can’t say enough about HBHM and lactation services. My son was jaundiced shortly after birth and he had difficulty latching on. I was extremely sore and wanted to give up all together. Kathy Moren coached me through and helped fix the problem. My son is now thriving. She is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend their services including the breastfeeding support group. Thank you so much!
I have been participating in their online (due to social distancing) breastfeeding support group for the past three weeks with my newborn. All of my worries, concerns, and doubts were thoughtfully addressed and I was able to walk away feeling more confident in our situation. It has also been a blessing to be able to communicate with other mothers and know I am not alone struggling, especially when our family and friends are not physically with us for the extra support. Kathy Moren is the real life baby whisperer and has helped me tremendously after the birth of both of my girls. From breastfeeding to infant sleep, she has provided me with such helpful knowledge that has guided me through some of the most difficult and trying times of early motherhood! I highly recommend that all new mothers call HBHM for the wonderful help and support they provide.
