Terrible Client Service experience. Never responded to an open ticket on their website regarding my Rx. Cancelled order without contacting me. When I finally inquired, as I found a local pharmacy where I live to fill the Rx, the CS Manager said they never inputted the Rx, and they COULD NOT forward Rx to my Pharmacy because the usage directions were "too vague" which was "Take as Directed". Terrible service and failed to fill order. Lost prescription. Will never try to buy from them again
I have a medicine that is critical for my health. I typed in an order and by the time i checked my e-mail to see when it would be delivered, it had arrived. Right now it is so important that this business responds immediately for requests. And I thank the staff for doing so. **** **
Great prices on the 4 prescriptions that I need in a daily basis!! I used to pay close to $300 for a 90 day supply of my meds! I was directed to Health Warehouse by Good RX and for the last year or more my meds costs $60 for a 90 day supply!! I’m 72 years old and I work part time to meet my living expenses. I’m extremely grateful to Health Warehouse for their incredible service as well as my peace of mind in obtaining affordable medications.
